// OUR VISION //

Investing in Vision. Empowering Communities.

The Red Cardinal Experience exists to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and create opportunities that inspire lasting impact.

Founded by Dr. Michelle Kindred, the organization was established on the belief that access, encouragement, and meaningful investment can change lives. Through scholarships, grants, community initiatives, and strategic partnerships, we help individuals move from potential to purpose while creating pathways for growth and success.

Inspired by faith and driven by service, we are committed to uplifting the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, students, and changemakers who are working to make a difference in their communities.

Every scholarship awarded, every grant provided, and every life impacted reflects our belief that when people are equipped with opportunity, they become catalysts for transformation.

AN ANTHOLOGY OF HOPE

MY STORY, YOUR HOPE

When Fear, Pain, Loss, & Grief Are Too Much to Ignore.

My Story, Your Hope, Is not just an anthology but a project of cleansing, acknowledgment, and healing. Sometimes, we smooth over the pain of our stories and avoid reliving the details, or we block the connecting pieces that define our current state of being. We focus on the happy ending and eliminate the risk of opening old wounds or filling the gaps that connect the past and the present.

As the authors of each story were tasked with putting their stories to paper, they faced head-on challenges, demons, and fears as they not only relived each component of their story but also found themselves submerged in a myriad of emotions, readdressing issues and combating hidden truths. Some authors made pivoting connections and helped heal others within their stories. At the same time, others removed the blinders and found further healing for themselves.

Healing Our Core Issues Institute (HOCII) – whose one of three missions is to educate and offer healing solutions to individuals that are suffering from childhood developmental trauma. By offering workshops, online courses and resources for individuals to start their healing journey.

*All proceeds from the book go to the Mary L. Cooper Education Scholarship
